FAQs for Navigating the SABC Membership Area


Do you have questions on how to navigate through the Soul Aligned Business Collaborative Toolkit Membership Area?  Maybe the questions and answer below will help!

 

Question 1. I never received my login info to the Membership Area.  Where is it?

Answer: To be able to participate in the 5-week Soul Aligned Business Toolkit, you must have registered online and paid either the $397 single attendee option or $496 bring-a-friend option. 

If you have done that, you should have received an email from the membership area with the subject line: “Congrats – You are registered!”  You should have received this email within 24 hours of registration.  Please check your junk or trash folders in case your email system misdirected it.

Question 2. How do I access the Membership Area?

Answer: Go to http://www.soulalignedbusiness.com/blog/ and enter your user name (email) and password in the login area on the right side of the page.

 

Question 3. Where do I find the Handbook, Class Transcript and Audio Files for each class?

Answer: They are located at the bottom of the “Welcome Soul Aligned Business Students” page that you are redirected to after login.

 

Question 4. How can I access the forums for the class?

Answer: Click on the “Forum” link located in the lower of the two gray bars near the top of the page.

 

Question 5. How do I change my password?

Answer: Great question!  The passwords issued to you immediately after you joined are intended to be temporary passwords.  To change to a password that makes more sense to you, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Forum link on the gray bar near the top of the page.
  2. Near the top of the Forums main page and to the far right, you will see three options: Logout, Members, and Profile.  Click on Profile.
  3. Click on the yellow tab that says “Change Password”
  4. Enter your new password twice, as requested
  5. Click on “Update Profile” located in the lower right portion of your screen.

 

Question 6.  I don’t want to get tons of emails when people post on the forum but I want to revisit topics that are important to me.  What should I do?

Answer: There are two ways to follow topics in the forums and you can choose the options from the bottom area of the forum topic.  If you subscribe to a forum topic, you will receive email whenever someone posts to the topic.  If you “watch”a forum topic, you will create  a list of topics that you want to keep on eye or need to revisit later. No notifications for watched topics.  You can tell which topics you are watching because the forum page that lists all topics places a magnifying glass icon at the right hand side of the topic line.
