And in that moment I envisioned this pushing, this muscle-ing through. I was on the phone with my friend Scottie and I said, "Elyse would not do this ... Elyse would not muscle through" ... so I took a few minutes out to do the Return to Freedom technique and the stress dropped right off of my shoulders. Of course you know what happened after that. You do know, don't you? ;)   After that, I went back to my projects and they began to flow.   Of course! lol   Hugs Elyse, Hugs Everyone Who Stops By Here!
